    hello lips ana,you cannot stay with your boyfriend in kuwait because you're not a couple.maybe you can come with visit visa and let the hotel process your visa but i think your boyfriend cannot go in the hotel cause you're not married.and in visit visa you must state your reason for visit.i think visiting boyfriend for the reason is not allowed unless your married.
