I had a one year contract with Zain for internet line. After the year passed I changed to KEMS. However, apparently even though I had one year contract with Zain I had to go back to them and cancel it and because I didn't do it they kept charging me for 4 further months and at airport they made me to pay the money before I travel.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Just be careful when dealing with Zain.

even your contract is for one year, the contract will be renewed automatically unless you inform zain otherwise.
