Flat for rent sharing basis

My family is moving back in August. I have a flat in Mangaf of two bed rooms, two bath, drawing dining, kitchen and I want to give one room with attach bath on rent. I have TV, Sofa, Almirah, Kitchen items, Stove, cylinders Washign machine Automatic, Racks. Total Rent is 165 KD and half to be shared.
