My boyfriend just got to Mangaf about 2 weeks ago. He was suppose to submit finger prints for a FBI federal background check here in the US. He didn't so he has to find somewhere in Kuwait to get finger prints. Any one know of anywhere in the Mangaf area?

did you ever find out about getting the fingerprints done? from what i understand you can have the fingerprints taken and then send them to an FBI channel agency in the u.s. i wanted to print the pdf form from the FBI website and take it to a location here to get the prints done but i am not sure if they will do them. what has become of your situation?

Thank you Mohd Ali. I checked the Embassy Website and they do not do the prints there. I told him to call as they can probably point him in the right direction.

Thank you Josh. He needs it for his teaching job he is at. I found a Biometrics location at the airport but he doesn't think they do the prints for other governments. They have to be attested at the US State Department after the FBI returns the report to us....so it looks like it will be a process. He thought he could use an FBI Channaler....but no luck.

There's a police station in Mangaf. If they don't do it there, they would probably know where he can get it done. Depending on the type of background investigation, his finger prints may need to be notarized. If that's the case, he may want to check with the US Embassy to see if they offer a fingerprinting service. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment with the Embassy for notary services, so he may want to do this as soon as possible.
