hi, does anyone have any idea if we can complain a loan shark who took all the salary of my husband from his atm.we've been paying the mnthly interest but cant afford to pay the total loan as of now.he let us sign an arabic paper before and he is harassing my husband that he will file a case against him.can someone advice me what to do please.thanks.

try to consult any lawyer in Kuwait with the papers you have.you dont have to pay money for the counsultion.

In fact to give a proper advise it is necessary to hear the full history of the matter including the kind of evidences you have (eg: the receipts, copy of the document your husband signed, the manner in which 'the loan shark' takes the money etc). It is also necessary to know that if your husband executed any other documents like Promissory Note & Contracts.
