    hello Gangadhar,

Looking at your name, i am sure that you are from Bangalore. If you are at a reputed firm, please do not come here. I worked for a fortune 84 company in bangalore. Here i am paid less than what i get there. I had my reasons to be here. If you want career+life+pay ( after few years), dont come. If you want immediate pay hike only, then come here. But remember once u come here, it will be difficult to go back to good places in india. Bcoz here technology is outdated

    Hi,
To be honest, I have not heard about this ERP product before. I worked in an IT company here in Kuwait for around three and half years and have visited many companies. I have not heard about it anywhere here. Here in kuwait market we have Oracle Financials, Oracle E-Business Suit, Microsoft Axapta/Navision/GP and SAP (I think only few implementations) for ERP solutions. Different products for Payroll etc...

May be the product which you mentioned is being marked in Kuwait but I'm not aware of that.

It's good that you are a back end developer, but I think you have worked in this specific product only.

If you want to work in Kuwait and want a good salary then you'll have to work on any product which I mentioned.

To look for opportunities in kuwait, www.bayt.com is a good website.
Other than that check the companies websites in kuwait, and start applying directly.

As for as position in our company, I'm sorry to say that we don't have any vacant situation at this time. Even if we have, our company prefers to hire locally not from abroad.

    Best of luck.

    Hi Ahmad,
1st of all, my sincere thanks for your prompt response.
Here're the answers for your Q's.
1.I'm working for a reputed Indian IT company fr 3 years in India only.
2.I'm working for an ERP product suite 'Sterling Multi Channel Selling & Fulfillment' ( of SterlingCommerce Inc., recently taken over by IBM from AT&T ).
3.I'm primarily an ERP developer(back-end appilications for order fulfillment) customizing the package according to client requirements.
4.In addition, I've a good hands-on knowledge on some of the important J2EE modules, like JSP, servlets,Javascript & PHP (for scripting)

Please let me know if I'm missing any more details.

    P.S:
I'm a self-motivated & priority dirven professional looking for a suitable opportunity over there in Kuwait. Please let me know if I can fit into any of your company's vacancies.

    thanks & regards,
    Gangadhar.

    Hi,
3 year experience sounds good. But is it in India or Kuwait?
Which ERP product you have worked for?
    Oracle Financials?
    Microsoft Axapta/Navision ?
    SAP ?
Are you a web developer or ERP consultant?

There are many IT companies in Kuwait. Have you tried in any of them?

Are you in Kuwait or India?

You see that I have put many questions to you because your post is not telling anything about you.
