Fraud is more common than you think

This is a good post about a topic that is not so commonly discussed. In fact rental fraud is a lot more common in the flat sharing market in the Grand Duchy than you think:
-Never EVER transfer money without a valid contract.
-Be careful when you are not allowed to register at a property as this is normally a sure indication that the owners knows nothing of this (illegal) flatshare
-Always make sure you can physically visit a place before signing any documents
