Searching for a Job in Malaysia as a Tourist

Hi all,
I am looking to switch companies and i wanted to work in Malaysia.I am into animation and Graphics.Mainly 3d Modelling and such.Is it easy for me to come to Malaysia on a tourist visa and get a job there?
