Hi to everybody :) i'm just now registered
i would like to have infoes about the procedure necessary to buy an apartment (in Chisinau)
I found one place i like, so i need to understand how to move now
- is the Notar enough ??
- can i visit the "Cadastru" and ask infoes about the apartment (identity of the owner, if any problems with bank, and so on....) ????
- will the Notar verify all above point before proceding ??
As you understand i'm afraid (because i have a limited budget to buy the apartment for my girlfriend there, and i dont have space for a second chance)
