I am a little nervous!

Dear all,
I have been following this thread for awhile... and I am currently self studying at home in Malaysia. I have not book my exam date yet, as I am not ready. I have to admit that I have been giving myself a lot of pressure, knowing that the exam is difficult and i know nothing about Dutch language. My concern mainly is I have very poor memory skill, and I find it hard to remember the dutch words that i have studied.
Wanted to check with you all if the real exam is very similar or exactly the same as the text book that we've got?
Is there any extra tips that you would advice?
