Hi. I'm 58 years old and I'd like to buy an apartment in Holland to live in permanently.I only have 60000€ after selling my home. I've been browsing apartments on the jaap property site and I see some serviced apartments for sale in castricum.
Can I use this as my permanent residence. How much generally do services cost monthly.
Any info would be appreciated thanks
