KarLix is right about the birth certificate and apostille.
my husband is not dutch, so it was actually easier for me than if he was dutch. If he was dutch i think that they may have required me to know some dutch, but i'm not sure.but yes you need your birth certificate with apostile, and you will have to get passport sized pics with a grey background..proof of address.. hm.. i think that is it.. but we emailed IND before we came and they sent us back a really long email telling us exactly what we must do, and what we must have.. so you can also try that.
