What are weekends like in New Zealand? Say, for example, in Auckland? Are there many museums? Or do a lot of people go outdoors and camping?

As I see from some resources, NZ'ers are living friendly with the environment... :)

Nz'ers are very outdorsy! They like bushwalking, beaches, day trips and probably not as into museums etc as Europeans!
