My name is Johannes Bjornson I have just finish my study at University of Oslo. My opinion to you question is simple I don't like. I think Norwegian economy would better if tuition fees were used like they are in US and UK, they do improve local economy because they spend NOK in local supermarket. If you are Norwegian student it is good because you have more money for other expenses. This country is very expensive to buy things so it does help with that.
