    First of all, for female its more difficult than a male. If you have any blood relative in Kuwait like Father / Husband / Brother / Sister, they can apply for you and you can come. And if you want to come alone, mean by your own, then you can come under couple of categories only, 1st as Nurse and 2nd as Teacher. And these options applies only when you got job offer from any hospital (if Nurse) or any school/college if teacher.

    On Visit Visa only your blood relative (mentioned above) can bring you here. You cannot come by your own.
