My wife and I just moved to Sao Miguel on January 16.
We are renting a nice small home in Ponta Delgada until June 30 but will need longer term accommodations beginning July 2019. We want a house a bit out of a town or city with a bit of land if possible, as we have a dog, Mac.
We understand there is a significant fluctuation in pricing, depending on the time of year but hope we can find a property that is available year-round.
If anyone knows of possibilities, please contact us.
