For your other questions:
1) If I will get another job offer in Qatar can i come back and join it after may be in a year or so?? Yes you can unless they banned you from entering to Qatar which is difficult for them to do cause they have no logical reason.2) Can I apply and get a job & visa in any other gulf countries after taking this step?? Absolutely.
3) Also tell me the calculation of 1 year amount I need to give to it to my guarantor?? It will be up to them to calculate, maybe they only want the cost of the Resident Permit which is QR1210, maybe also they want the cost of house rent or any other costs, so you should ask them or older employees in your company.
