Well for a visit visa, your husband has to apply with the immigration, he can do it directly, or through the PRO of the office as he would require few papers from his office / sponsor to, then the visit visa would be issued, and you have to land within 3 months, with that visa you can stay for 30 days, but that visa can be extended for 5 more months, then in that 6 months you should search a job, which would offer you sponsorship, so that you can transfer your visit visa to a work visa and stay with your darling as long as you wish and can!
The other way is that let your husband get a job for you, and the company would send you a visa, you can come and start working straight!!
Another way is you can ask Qatar Airways to give you a tourist visa, but with that visa you can stay for only 30 days, and not beyond that!!
