This is the Business I would like to Start in Qatar.
There is a very long term returns & opportunity wide open as you know Qatar is still in it's developing stage.
I am looking for an Investor who can invest 100 percent.
My role will be as a Manager on salary + commission basis providing all the Insight, experience & expertise that I have gathered in the past 20 years of my experience in this Distributiion Business.
The Income opportunity is large & enormous, All depends on how much the Investor is able to Invest on this Lucrative venture.
I am looking for an Investor with an initial investment of QR 1 million in the first year as the business grows he should be capable to Invest QR 2 To 3 million in the second & third year & take the company to the next level to reap more profitable revenue.
The business is to Import Branded cleaning chemicals for domestic, Hospitals, Hotel's & immediate need & daily essential Brand established consumer food products for the Indian community in Qatar from India as sole Agents & Distributors for Qatar.
These already well established brands in India
Sell by itself when supplied to outlets super-hyper Market's, grocery shops, hotels & restaurants providing monthly repeated Income from nearly 500 outlets in Qatar.
I have 20 years experience working in India for sole Area distributors and established contacts with Owners manufactures of many Branded products inside the food Industry who has already done the hard work for us to cash in.
I have surveyed the Qatar market & found these brands of India missing in Qatar & remains an untapped wide open segment with high potential returns ready to encash if introduced in Qatar.
Qatar is a home to different nationalities however the major chunk comes from the Indian subcontinent & estimated to swell in the coming ten years.
So I need serious & financially sound Investor capable to take the distribution of products for the whole of Qatar as this creates zero competition.
: This Distributiion Business is very simple.
A one floor Vila needed any where in Doha
to be used as godown ground floor & staff accommodation in the floor above the godown.
A 800 sqft godown needed to stock the goods Imported before delivering to super & hyper markets, grocery shops 100sqft space for office use partision in the godown itself.
Initial
Staff needed six including me but can be increased subsequently when the Business & profits increase.
2 Delivery van
2 drivers 2 helpers 1 accountant to keep track record of Business.
Import License needed to import Branded products from India.
If you are not from Qatar a Qatari national needed as sponsor to start any Business in Qatar.
My role in Qatar will be to meet negotiate with the concerned person in all the super-hyper markets & grocery shops, Mega Marts & Malls all over Qatar take orders and supply according to the requirement.
I am from India Kerala state
as most of the Super-hyper markets chains in Qatar are owned by Indians from Kerala state like Lulu Hyper Markets, Quality super market, Safari hyper, Indian Hyper market, Chain of Family Food Center, Al Rawabi, including 95 percent of the Grocery Shops owned by Indians from Kerala this would add as an advantage for me to promote the products imported from India.
My role in India would be to meet negotiate with owners & manufactures of already well established top performer Brands make a tie up with them for a constant & consistent shipment of these products from India.
Initially I would like to Introduce & start with Spices, various varieties of curry masala powders, refined coconut & sunflower oil, Rice & wheat flour, mushrooms, sauce, pickles of different varieties.
As the profit & Business grows after a year of establishing a proper base numerous other fast moving products can be introduced to the existing network to increase the profit.
That said in short my role & goal will be to make each & every Super-hyper Markets & Grocery shops in Qatar work for you and bring in an income revenue each & every month permanently.
