I am a New Zealand citizen married to a Russian citizen. We are looking at moving to Russia and as a result I would like to apply for a Temporary Residence Permit. Does anyone know about the new requirement for Russian language knowledge? Does it apply to everyone or would I be exempt as I'm married to a Russian citizen? I'm worried as it looks quite difficult!
