    I got job in KSA on period of the contract two-years. When I joined the company and consumed 10-days my son got in serious accident in my country. I decided to go and got 1-week leave sanction from the company. My employer gave me Exit/Re-entry stamp and IQAMA with one-year validity which will be expiring in Feb-2014. Unfortunately I can’t go back due to son hospitalized.
    Now, my Exit/Re-entry visa has been expired therefore IQAMA will be expiring in Feb-2014; and following condition are written on my contact:
    "The second party shall not resign unless after two complete years"
    "This contract is valid after the second party passes the 3 months of probation period"
    "Period of this contract is two years and renewed automatically every period."

    I would like to know and understand whether I can go back KSA after Feb-2014 OR I have wait for two-years. Can anyone reply and advice me?
