Advice please

I was hired by an establishment in Jubail on July 2010. That was a 2 years contract. After 2 years, I wrote a letter to the managing director to extend my contract for another 2 years. But in my 2nd contract, I have not signed any contract but i still continued to work as a supplied worker. Next year by July 2014, I am completing 4 years of service.
On July 2014, Iam planning to do final exit. I want to transfer to another sponsor/ company. If they (previous company) provided and agreed to give me a final exit visa, and If I go back to saudi with in same company which i was supplied (ex: Sipchem) by different company/sponsor, is there any rights from my previous company to stop and deport me?
