Exit re entry

Helo Sir ,
I find your advise helpful, so I would like to ask you my concern.
Presently Im in KSA working in a company but my contract would end this july. I Want to go for exit that time .But the problem ,They will only issue an exit re-entry visa, they will issue exit once u labor and will take about 3-4 months. My question is Can I immediately apply for another company within KSA if i still go with an exit reenty visa? my Iqama is valid till October 2013? And wat if I choose in UAE is there any problem with that? hope to hear from you soon. Tanx
