Early cancellation of visa

Dear Sir,
Im a Staff nurse working under MOH at Madinah, saudi arabia from july 3, 2011 onwards. I got a better offer from UAE, and need to join by november..
My contract in Saudi is for 1 (one) year.
Sir pls advice me for
1. can I resign and leave Saudi
2. Will there b any problem in Going to UAE immediately after cancellation..
3. Whether my Iqama will b automatically cancelled along with visa cancellation
4. Do I have to give any penalties?Thanking you very much
