ASSALAMWALAIKUM, I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF I GO ON RE ENTRY VISA AND DID NOT RETURN TO THE SAME COMPANY, HOW LONG I CANNOT COME TO SAUDI ARABIA, I HAVE A DOUBT SOME PEOPLE SAY 2 YEARS AND SOME SAY AFTER IQAMA EXPIRATION AND CAN I BE ABLE TO ENTER QATAR OR DUBAI THEN. PLEASE GIVE COMPLETE INFORMATION.

Do you have any source of your information? Because it is usually 1 (one) years ban for people coming on exit re-entry and NOT going back. Please could you elaborate!

Dears,
First of all you can come on any other visa having any type of profession only the condition is you have to wait till the expiration of your Iqama. Once it is expired next day you can submit the Passport for new visa stamping. no matter what profession you were before. in my case my last profession was Auditor now im on labor visa.

I came to india on a vacation for 3 months on exit re-entry basis but didn't return to Saudi after 3 months
I want to know the ban period because some people told me the ban period for Muslims is 18 months. Please let me know the ban period. Thank youAdvice me

i work in ksa for 6 months and i was not happy with the iquma as it was in labour category. I decided to leave ksa. i got leave sanction from company for a week and left the country but unfortunately my company gave me exit reentry stamp and now my iqama is getting expired on the month of September 2012 and completing 2 yrs of my exit. Now i want to understand whether i can able to travel KSA after September 2012 in new employment visa. Secondly If i am able to travel KSA then i may face any problem in airport with my past data or past related iqama activities. Kindly reply and advice me.

Also i have another question.
Incase if I get a Re-Enter Visa instead Exit Visa.. I understand that I have to wait for my iqama to get expired and there is no need of NOC from the past employer to get a new visa.. My question is incase if i get a Exit-Reentry and If I get a job in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait by the immediate month. Can I able to work there before the iqama expiry

Dear Sir,
I am employed here in Riyadh for the past 4 months. I am not satisfied with my employer. Already i completed my probation of 3 months. Now I like to give them 30 days notice as per the contract and like to terminate the contract. My Iqama is still valid.. My question is in case if I get a another job in Riyadh after a month. Can i able to come back? is there any waiting period?
My employer will not give NOC it seems
Kindly help me based on this I have to take a call
