Schs licence and certication

Hi! I already finished my contract in riyadh and im already in philippines. My employer sent me off without my Saudi council license or even a certificate of good standing. they refuse to give me despite of different attempts. I didnt register myself, theres an employee of this clinic that does the job, however my participation is only to pay 2,700 sr. Im quite surprised by the cost of dataflow, BLS training that i have never attended to and registration in SCHS.I have confirmed in dataflow of my verification but i failed to see my registration number since im a first timer in saudi. I tried to reach SCHS, they dont have telephone hotline or call center, even their tawasl/tawasul is under maintenance since last 2017.

Does anybody know how can i retrieve my license even just a scanned copy? I cant go back to saudi for now since i just had a miscarriage. I really need it to start. I dont have the copy of the receipt either my own registration number. I am registered i even asked the MOH who once visited in the clinic but never asked if i have my license. because this clinic never really gives it to the nurses working there.
