Hi. My medical insurance is recently renewed and linked to CCHI (including my wife and daughter). However, my son's medical insurance is not getting linked. I have inquired in my office and the insurance company. They are saying it's getting rejected but they don't know the reason. Can anyone suggest me what should I do?

Insurance company is the one who can solve the issue. Push them as much as you can . You can check if they link it to you or no by visiting CCHI website , electronic services.
