    Dear Admin & Others,
    My profession is COMPUTER TECHNICIAN in Iqama and also in the Jawazat system(no conflicts).

    I applied for my in laws visit visa for 30 days:

    on 05 Dec 2013 - submitted online form.
    on 09 Dec 2013 - did chamber.
    on 10 Dec 2013 - got status online-تم استلام الطلب (receipt of the request)
    on 15 Dec 2013 - evening-got status message-to show original iqama & submit copy of it.
    on 16 Dec 2013 - morning-i visited mofa and they saw my origonal iqama and took the copy of it.
    on 16 Dec 2013 - afternoon-status message changed again to-تم استلام الطلب(receipt of the request)
    Till today - after 8 days of showing the Iqama to mofa, the status message is same, no changes.

    My question, after we show them our originals, then how long they take to issue visit visa?
    Does this process these days taking time?
    My colleague applied with same procedure, but got the visa in same week.

    Please share with me your experience if you came to this situation anytime.

    I will be very thankful to you if you answer my queries.
