    i did not apply from MOFA first,

    first i have applied from istiqdam office, they give me approval paper then i apply on MOFA and did COC of that application and submit this application with istiqdam approval letter to istiqdam office, last Tuesday i apply and today Sunday i got visa, Alhamdulillah,

    i prefer to everybody to go istiqdam and fill the form and make request there, if they give you approval then u get visa within week, INN SHA ALLAH

    this is my personal experience
