    No, your application will not be rejected insha'allah.
    What i have noticed these days that a guy applied for his parents visit visa for 90 days, but they gave him the visa for 30 days.
    If your Iqama is valid for more than the period you requested the visa for, it will not be rejected insha allah.

    If you renew your Iqama even before 3 months which is the maximum validity required for renewal, your remaining validity will never void, the new validity will start from its actual expiry date and not when you renewed it.
