    No Need to Panic..... Same thing Was Happen with me last month i submitted my application to mofa on 19th March till 16 April have not received any update..... now here i would like to share my 2 days before experience i faced in mofa Jeddha... brother same like you i also went with new application to Mofa and took the token and waiting in Q to number Appear on screen but suddenly i decided why to go with new application 1st i should check with previous application..then i asked Security inside mofa that i have applied my Visa one month before still i haven't received the visa.only one person inside security he knew English he is Fat Guy with french. then he took me to other Q where they take the complain. the executive in the counter he took my visa application Copy and check my original Iqama and asked me is your company from Saudi i said yes. he said OK now you have issued the Visa just go and check online. as soon as i came out i connect my mobile network and checked .really visa was issued me on the moment........... here i got the experience if delayed receiving update on your visa application to not panic wait for 15 days if no update just take the copy of application and go to the complain counter in mofa. same thing if you have any name correction, gender correction any correction just go to the complain counter in mofa and get it done....... Thanks ..... they also knew Allah is Watching...
