    Dear Zoufan,

    If you're entering proper Application ID along with your Iqama ID and then you're getting this message then I am sure you're trying on checking the Visa status page not on family visit status page.

    Try with this URL in case of wrong page:https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/%5CSrhComFamilyVisa.asp
