    The following are what I learned in the last few weeks.

    Your visa may be rejected without a reason تعتذر الوزارة عن تحقيق الطلب بتاريخ or it may
    sayنأمل تعبئة طلب جديد وتدوين بياناتك بدقة وكما هي مدونة في الإقامة "apply again and include details like in the Iqama"

    1. Make sure all details in the application including your job title and company name is accurate like in the Iqama. Also, put the full address and not PO Box.

    2. If you changed job titles or companies recently make sure you include this in the reason for visit text field i.e. I changed my title/company from ..... to .....

    3. If you filled the application correctly (100% as you think) and still rejected then I think the information in MOFA might be little different from MOI, JAWAZAT and MOL.

    for example MOFA might have system programmer and you actual title in the iqama might be database system programmer. Even if you have database system programmer in MOI, JAWAZAT and MOL. MOFA will reject this application without a reason or they might say fill another application with correct data.

    NOTE: I don't know the reason for this difference in data but there are differences recently. Also, that is why I think they give the white paper and are asking people to use the text field to explain.

    In case of No 3 what can you do?

    a. Visit mofa and ask why it is rejected. You need to try to get the exact difference so it is better if you can speak a little arabic or try to take someone who knows arabic. btw: they might not let 2 people go for one application.

    b. Call the customer care line. 0114055000, you may also try extension 5268 - keep trying if they answer they will help.

    c. If you don't get anywhere doing a. and b. then put in the text field that you have put your job title and company information exactly like in the Iqama, they make call you to MOFA to give proof. I have not tried option c but this seems to be the last choice..

    Then don't forget to make lot of Dua. At the end it if from Allah.
