    Name should be same passport copy.....
    correct spelling .....
    Given name means first name. then middle name and last name or family name ......

    Fix ur all other issues and try it again ...don't mix up with old cases.....previous cases just use for ur reference....correct ur all mistake....
    Iqama copy any other documents should full page and try to get color print out.
