    Dear Bilal,

    You can submit these documents in any MOFA centre.Secondly I think they will not accept your documents now because they have already stopped accepting applications for visit visas and the only condition now is to apply after hajj.You can check with MOFA but I am sure they will update the status to submit a new application after hajj.Hard luck buddy.
