    Enter your visa application number from the form you got signed and stamped and the iqama id no. you entered on the form as well on this link :

    Check to see if they call you to MOFA, when they do take the signed and stamped form with you to them along with ur parents passport copies and pics maybe .. i'm not sure exactly but they will state what they require of you.
