    Yeah i have been told that the online system is not generating the necessary form which provides you with the visa application number and ultimately which you print to have it signed and stamped. I guess wait a few days until the Hajj season passes. Or you can always try and apply manually at the istiqdams office which i did and is usually more reliable than the online method .. where they can reject for any reason without telling you what it is!

    And i think Umra is doable on the visit visa ... though the terms might say otherwise .. but you can probably get away with it without any issues.
