    Thanks for your reply.
    I had put the Visa number but it is not displayed once the application form is submitted online.
    Also, the '/' marks dont work after submitting the online form.
    Yes, I had forgotten to put 0 in the date, which I will put next time.

    Do you have any idea if correcting the date as 27071434 in the new application will complete the form?
