    procedure to change such mistake on iqama

    Dear Brothers,

    A month before my iqama was transferred to my current company
    company name was mentioned correctly : Muassasah ,,,,,,,,,,,,( connecting with kafeel name )

    Few days before again I have submitted for renewal

    Now after renewal i found company name is only mentioning same kafeel name without Muassasah,
    it is a printing or data mistake. As I have our Company CR copy and other Iqama of other employees are correct.

    Even our company is registered in Jeddah but it is showing Al Riyadh in location of Iqama

    our HR people are avoiding to re-correct by saying there is no procedure to change such mistake on iqama

    Please help me if you know anything or had any past experience of recorrecting iqama
