dear i am working from last four years in saudi arabia with one man power supply compeny first time i have contract of two years with his company after i dant make any contract and still i am working naw i am going for final exit and company is not giving ma final exit he he sending back with me on reentry that means as per saudi law i cannot come back for two years plz if u have any sejecction for me what i will do company give me final exit plz give me the solution i want to come back again in saudi with another company which is offering naw me for job

dear already i no this procudere about u sujjest me but plz tell me about if my company is not giving me final exit what will i do because i have right naw no contract with this company but still my sponsor is not giving me a final exit so shall i try for labour court or i will go in indian embessey who willl help me for final exit plz give your sujjection plz help me because i want to change my company this company is not giving a single benifit i want to come back again in saudi with independent visa .

if you are going with exit reentry you can't come back to saudi arabia wiith in two years and your residence permit expairy period.
If you are going with final exit visa you can comeback to saudi with out any problem.
Now a days NOC is not required.
But you have to keep the exit visa copy with you for new visa stamping.This is very important.You can't go back to saudi without that exit papaer.

ok if i will come with reentry visa how much charge u will take but i will pay u but it should be legal everything
