dear sir i m an engineer cam to saudi before 5 months by beleving one of my friend but i found nothing here wat he promised me even i dont have a contract copy first he said me the contract wil of one year but my sponser took my sign on two year contract and he dint sign on it neither he gave me a copy.. he dont have any job for me i have to sit all the day like fool and he is not paying me regularly he wants me to search for a job so that he earn money from me.. i wana go back to india at any cost i m ready to pay wat ever it is. m from a poor family though i have house so i will sell it and pay it to my sponser so that i can go back but he said he wont let me to go .. plz help regarding this and how can i approch to labor court and alll plz........

It means labour offfice me complaint karoge to woh log apke kafil ko bulayege legal procedure ke zariye aur woh hoshyar ho jayega isliye apko koi acha translator chahiyeh jo shuru se akhir apke sath rahe. Ap kisi aise ka sath le jo arabic/ english ya apki mother tongue janta ho. Aur aise log apke hi area ya network me mil jayege bas dhundne ki zarurat he 1000 me se 1 to mil hi jayega. Agar ap lucky hue to apka kaaam 1 month me ho jayega warna mahono lag sakte he.

Dear Malik,
Complaint in Labor offices means that your sponsor will be summoned by them as soon they received your letter for settlement. You will need a good translator for the case through out. So, Please have one who can speak English/Arabic or your mother tongue. Network in your area and will get some good Samaritan. If you are lucky, you will get justice within 1 month or it may go on. Usually, Sponsor will be alarmed when they get notice from Labor office.

Dear sir, thanking you for ur kind reply, i m planning to approach labor court tommorow.. i have prepared complaint letter in english, i will translate it to arabic today in the evening is there any chances of being tracked by sponser if the translator informs him about my letter... u said it will take long time resolve the case.. can u tel me how long like in months.. i heard that it will take about 3 months... and during my presentation do i need to have someone with me to approach labor court so that he can tel the judges about my problems.. or i can just give them the letter in arabic is enough.. coz i dont have any friends that can come with me.. i have friends whu cannot speak arabic fluently... i will mail my letter to embassy as well... plz reply me i m waiting for ur reply plzz

Dear Mr. Malik,
1. There are no charges for complaining in labor court. You can submit your complaint in English but it is advisable to have arabic letter as well submitted. You get many translator office in your surrounding for this job. Once you lodge a complaint, there is not time-frame for justice. Usually it take long time.
2. Since you are paying all the cost, your sponsor should not object to your returning back. But from face of the sponsor it seems he running an illegal business of selling visa and you are trapped in this.
3. Best way to approach our Embassy and seek immediate repatriation to India. Also contact Malayalee Expat group who have good contact who may help you. They have sources and they will do the needful.If you have your passport with you then bingo.
4. Have your relatives lodge a complaint with our Foreign minister as well in India for the case to make it strong. Also lodge a complaint against the Agent in Police station who send you from India.
5. All above will be a difficult task, but a good learning for all Expat to have a through check before landing to any work overseas.
6. Sweet talk the sponsor and let him know that you have a serious problem down home and you must go back. Exit of entry will have to done by the sponsor and hence you will have to play safely and smartly.

Dear brother thanking you for ur precious reply can you tel me is there any fees for applying in labor court.. like lawyer and all.. i mean how much money i will b needed during my hearings.. is it neccessory to have a lowyer..??, what will b the fees???

Malik Khan , To Put a little Sunshine on Your Query , You Can File a Complaint in Jubail , Your case will be booked but according to my view ultimately sooner or later they will transfer your file to the dammam labour office (i.e only if your sponsor is a Dammam Area Resident).Hope You Understand !
