As I said earlier, don't propose first to pay first unlesss they ask you to pay for it. First just try to approach with out any payment and yet let them give you an option that you have to pay then we will release you, so you have chance to leave them.
I hope you understood what I am trying to stay, because if you start with that I am ready to pay then they can trap you with other option. Don't let them understood that you have money to pay, because the company keep the first option to trap others is to pay. Because they assume that the person may take his decision back.
