    Dear Mr. Malik,

    1. There are no charges for complaining in labor court. You can submit your complaint in English but it is advisable to have arabic letter as well submitted. You get many translator office in your surrounding for this job. Once you lodge a complaint, there is not time-frame for justice. Usually it take long time.

    2. Since you are paying all the cost, your sponsor should not object to your returning back. But from face of the sponsor it seems he running an illegal business of selling visa and you are trapped in this.

    3. Best way to approach our Embassy and seek immediate repatriation to India. Also contact Malayalee Expat group who have good contact who may help you. They have sources and they will do the needful.If you have your passport with you then bingo.

    4. Have your relatives lodge a complaint with our Foreign minister as well in India for the case to make it strong. Also lodge a complaint against the Agent in Police station who send you from India.

    5. All above will be a difficult task, but a good learning for all Expat to have a through check before landing to any work overseas.

    6. Sweet talk the sponsor and let him know that you have a serious problem down home and you must go back. Exit of entry will have to done by the sponsor and hence you will have to play safely and smartly.
