    For who abroad..

Moreover ,There are questions in the MOI website about this issues and the answer is:
abroad : first : the husband/or wife should visit the Saudi embassy in his/her country to get visa for his/her baby.
second : after they come to Saudi , they must get Iqama for baby from the Passports Department

by the way / I tried to read all the rule which is related to your situation and I notice there is mistake in the MOI website, because there are some pages mention the fine is 500 SR , others mention 1000 SR , but after I read the rules, the right is 1000 SR.

my brother I took these procedures from Saudi Ministry of Interiors website

"Procedures for adding, born outside the Kingdom:
    1. Payment of visa fees for value of 2,000 Saudi riyals through a system of automatic payment.
    2. Get a medical examination or vaccinations revealed.
    3. Complete the application form on behalf of children + two pictures collective (6 × 4) of the family except the head of the family.
    4. Been added during the 3 months according to entry stamp.
    5. If you do not added after 3 months, a fine under rule 61 of the residency system of 500 riyals.
    6. To be in the Kingdom during the add-on."

    Hello Brother Yousaf,

My wife has delivered twins in home country and she wants to come back to KSA,

    I need to know that;

Does passport require for entry permission?

Is the entry visa require from Saudi Embassy?

Is the exit visa require from Home Country's immigration?

What will be step on arrival at KSA?

What is the procedure for entry visa from Saudi Embassy?

What Are requirement (Documents), Fee, Time Duration for Saudi Embassy?

Is there any E-Service available for Entry Visa for my twins?

I am saying a lot of thanks in advance for your prompt and urgent reply.

    Thanks!
