6 months ago I took transfer from my kafeel to another sponsor and all the expenses I paid , but until I did not signed any agreement with new sponsor and he did not give me any job, now they are giving me job and agreement which are not suitable for me and I am not agree with their terms and conditions, they started give me threat now that they will put exit or haroob or like that. So my question is can I take the help of labor court to to transfer another company, is it possible because I do not want work with them and sign any documents. Please give suggestion and advise any one please
