when does MOFA start issuing visit visa post Hajj?

I hope this forum gives some insider information on when the visit visa can be applied online.

I had did twice and got replies to post new application post Hajj.

Please advice.

Last Hajj Flight is on 8th November

Some friends have suggested after 2nd of November,Haj pilgrims departure are still ongoing and I doubt even 2nd November they might refuse. Anyone get any information in regards kindly update.
