Does anyone of you know if it's possible for foreign students to spend a semester in Singapore? Do I need a special qualification or some language proofs?

You'll find most Singaporeans to be fluent in English, so you'll have little problem with communication.

Tapas and olives, that sounds nice ;)
I hope my English is good enough, because I really want to go to Singapore!
Will I get along there in daily life with English only?!Saludos

Well, Life here is very nice though it's a small country but you can get anything you want (of course good things like tapas, olives, etc)...it's easy to travel to Asian or Australia from here...nice you have to try! Qualification for student is English, my cousin is studying master of Law at the moment!
cheers,
