We're currently evaluating different homes listed for sale in South-Africa. We want to come to a shortlist that we will then visit once we are in S-Africa. Can we have ourselves assisted by a buyer's agent in this process? It's hard to get a good idea about fair prices, it's also hard to know the exact neighboorhoud if you haven't lived in the area before.
