1. Is it possible for her to get / search a job at Joburg on dependent visa?
No, she cannot work on that permit, but she can search for work.2. Will she be allowed to work there?
Not on that permit.3. If not, is there any alternate way to it? (Can I convert her dependent visa to work permit?).
Yes, she can, with a general work permit, but first she will need to get a signed work contract with a company and prove that no South African could do that job.
