Hello everyone :)
I am leaving my apartment in a month and looking for a next tenant. It is located in a quite neighborhood in Hannamdong.
★ Facilities
This is a 100m2 (1076 ft2) apartment, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, a leaving room and a Kitchen. This is a very bright and spacious apartment, very pleasant to live in.
More importantly it is fully furnished ! There is a TV, a Couch, a washing machine, a fully furnished kitchen, beds and a LOTS OF shelves.
The building is very clean as it is maintained by a guard and there's a parking lot inside.
★Location
It is 10 minutes away from Itaewon subway station
It is 10 minutes away from Hangangin subway station
And 5 mins away from a bus station.
★The Neighborhood
It is a very quite and calm neighborhood but only 5 minutes away is Itaewon street, full of shops, good restaurants, nightclubs, clinics...
★ The monthly rent
The rent is 1.8 millions
The key money is 10 millions
